Valentine’s Day

What a memorable event with our clients. The night started with welcome drinks and a ceiling of red balloons. Executive chef and owner, David Manal, prepared a flavourful 3 course set menu that indeed set out hearts on Fire. The starter for 2 consisted of crispy prawns on a stick, poached oysters, salmon bruschettas and lamb spring rolls. A separate option was especially prepared for our vegetarian customers. Thereafter, a choice of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetarian for the mains and to follow, a trio of decadent desserts were served. This was the blindfolded “surprise” aspect of the evening. As the night progressed, professional salsa dancers took to the floor and Latin music filled the air. Couples enjoyed French champagne and an ambiance that oozed romance with our entertainers and djs.
